Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tony Pryce Sports Ltd, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding any original delivery charge) on receipt. Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty/Misdescripted Item

If the item you received is faulty/misdescripted, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Tony Pryce Sports Ltd you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Tony Pryce Sports Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you.  When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised may fluctuate.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
